A booklet with advices and recepees gave by various chefs from France, Italy and Greece

This ‘School of the Commons’ brought together participants from France, Italy, Greece, Spain and Germany… Whether they were students, teachers, members of an architects’ collective or a local community, they brought with them their recipes and culinary habits. During these moments of communal living, you have to feed all the mouths that have come to meet: and it’s not 2 or 10, but 60 people at the table.

So how do you prepare an XXL meal, and what do these moments of ‘collective cooking’ bring?
